Our Guest Experience Teams create open, welcoming environments for all of our guests. Whether it's by greeting someone at the door or simply helping someone find a seat in the sanctuary, you are showing everyone who walks into the church that they belong here!

We can’t do church without you. These teams are essential to the church being able to carry out effective ministry! Whether you are administratively minded or prefer a more hands-on experience, we have a place for you.

Kids

This team is so much more than watching kids while mom and dad go to church. We are meeting kids right where they are with laughter and fun, and connecting them to Jesus through dynamic age-appropriate teaching.

Students

Pour into the next generation. Whether you are ready to rock camp or looking to mentor young people, we believe life change happens in relationships, and that’s how our students come to know Jesus.

Music

Our musicians and vocalists serve other ministries such as Students, Young Adults, and weekend campus gatherings by using their talents to point people’s affections toward Christ.

Front-of-house, back-of-house, and everything in between. These teams love to innovate and creatively collaborate to visually support our gatherings and digital platforms.

Athletics

These teams connect families to The Well through sports by developing players' skills and coming alongside parents to help form a foundation to build character and integrity. Our Tee-Ball team kicks off in spring 2024.

Coach Field Prep Guest Services

Care

This team answers the call to support those in our body suffering. They provide a listening presence, offer prayer and spiritual encouragement, and meet practical needs of people walking through long-term illness, grief, or crisis.
