In Hebrews 11, the author mentions people in the Old Testament who were heroes of the faith. These people didn’t all behave well, yet there were moments in their lives where they demonstrated great faith and are therefore heroes. In each of their stories we will see how they were part of the “cloud of witnesses” (Hebrews 12:1) who point to Jesus, the faithful redeemer who is better than anything or anyone else. Through this series, you will gain an understanding, not just of these biblical characters who lived in points of time, but of the Savior who is sovereign over time.
